Making a purchase
Orders online are processed by our partner, Worldpay - the UK's largest credit card billing company. Online payments are 100% secure and all credit card transactions can be accepted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you prefer not to order online, card details can be taken over the telephone between 10am - 7pm GMT or you can post a cheque (payable to Nicholas Frost Photography Ltd). If posting a cheque please ensure full order and contact details are included.
Delivery of purchases
Orders for prints will be dispatched within 21 days. Other items may take longer. Please email us for more information.
Order errors
All order errors made by Nicholas Frost Photography must be reported immediately on delivery.
Photograph sizes
Our photograph sizes are nominal and may differ from standard print sizes. Photographs may need to be cropped to fit your order. Longest length applies when ordering a square or panoramic pictures. Nicholas Frost Photography reserves the right to deliver an larger print size if the selected size doesn't fit the photograph selected.
Photograph colour
Colours of our photographs shown online may differ from print colours. Every effort has been made to reflect the true colours of our photographs shown online.
Remittance terms
Payment in full is required before any goods are despatched.
Refunds
Refunds are at the sole discretion of Nicholas Frost Photography Ltd.
Credit Card Security
Worldpay is our choice of supplier for the processing of all credit and debit card payments. Worldpay take responsibility for capturing and storing card details on their secure servers using 128 bit secure sockets layer technology and always ensure that this information is held with the very high levels of security you would expect from a major financial services company.
